Empower Growth

Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m Kaitlyn, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and founder of Serenity Perspectives.

Established in 2024, Serenity Perspectives LLC offers specialized applied behavior analysis consultation for children and their families. Through evidence-based strategies and a personalized approach, I empower children to overcome challenges, build independence, and reach their full potential — all while helping parents feel confident and supported. Whether your child is navigating big feelings, entering a new environment, or you simply want extra guidance along the way, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I'm here to help your family grow, thrive, and find a little more serenity in the process.

Services

With a career that has taken me from teaching in general education classrooms to supporting students in special education resource rooms and self-contained settings — and now serving as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst — I bring a truly well-rounded perspective to every family I work with.

This diverse background allows me to see the bigger picture, bridging the gap between educational environments and home life. I understand the challenges children face in different settings, and I use that insight to create strategies that are both practical and effective, tailored to meet each child’s unique needs. My experience also enables me to collaborate seamlessly with schools, ensuring consistent support and communication so children can thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Our Clients Say

"Working with Kaitlyn has been wonderful.
We initially reached out to her because we weren’t sure of how to handle some of the behaviors our 5 year old was displaying (Hello new parents and COVID babies!)
She is so knowledgeable, kind, informal, non judgmental, down to earth and so easy to talk to. Kaitlyn was able to explain to us the developmental appropriate behaviors and the ones requiring a little bit more creative intervention on our part. What we thought was going to be just a few visits to address some acute issues turned into a long term relationship and we still meet with her, she is right there to help when needed.
Our kiddo has shown tons of improvement in her ability to regulate and identify her feelings.
Nugget starts Kindergarten in the fall and with her coaching we’ve been able to start up the appropriate communications with the school in order to set the kiddo up for success. She is fabulous and I highly recommended her services to any family… we have learned that there doesn’t need to be anything “wrong” to need the services of a BCBA—— it takes a village and we are so happy to have Kaitlyn as an integral part of ours :)"
