Hi, I’m Kaitlyn, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and founder of Serenity Perspectives.

Established in 2024, Serenity Perspectives LLC offers specialized applied behavior analysis consultation for children and their families. Through evidence-based strategies and a personalized, compassionate approach, I support children in overcoming challenges, building independence, and reaching their full potential - while helping families and caregivers feel confident and supported every step of the way.

My professional journey has provided me with a diverse and comprehensive background in both education and applied behavior analysis. I began my career working in general education settings, where I developed a strong foundation in early childhood development and classroom instruction.​ I then expanded my experience within special education, supporting students in resource room settings as well as self-contained classrooms. In these roles, I worked closely with children with a wide range of learning and behavioral needs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive, individualized learning environments. Over time, my passion for understanding behavior and supporting meaningful change led me to pursue advanced training in applied behavior analysis. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I now integrate my background in education with evidence-based behavioral strategies to support children and their families across home and school settings. This well-rounded experience allows me to approach each child with a comprehensive lens - understanding not only behavior, but the environments, expectations, and relationships that shape it.
